Rec Volunteer Head Coaches who register by the May 31st deadline will receive a TCYSA Merch Discount Code before the season starts, a free coaching shirt to wear during game days and a $40 H-E-B gift card when completing a full season after the end-of-season tournament. That is a combined value equivalent to an individual player registration!
Great coaches are not born great, they develop greatly.
TCYSA relies heavily on our volunteer coaches. The reality is, if there are not enough coaches to cover the amount of teams and in order for us to maintain a 50% play policy, unfortunately we may need to cut entire teams.
