who will be the coach?
Coaches draft their teams at the preseason draft meeting held in August.
how are coaches selected?
Coaches are volunteers. All coaches complete a background check, Heads Up course, and Safe Sport course.
how can i become a coach or volunteer?

can i choose my child's team?
Coaches draft players at the preseason draft meeting. If no coach is present, their team will be randomly selected.
When and where are practices?
Practice locations and times are determined by coaches. Practices begin in mid-August.
When and where are games?
Games are held at 900 E Adams St, Pleasanton, TX 78064. Times will be released before the start of the season.
how much does the season cost?
$70/player for the entire season. Fees cover uniforms, referees, and AAYSA registration.
Does my child have to try out for a team?
Rec League does not hold tryouts. This league is a great opportunity for beginners at each age level.
Do I have to live in the tri-city area?
We accept kids outside the Tri-City area, including Charlotte, Tilden, and Alice. Contact us for more info.
when does the season start?
Games begin Saturday, Sep 14th. Practices start mid-August as determined by your coach.
How long is the season?
There are 8 weeks of regular season games and one final tournament weekend.
can my kids be on the same team?
Yes, kids in the same age bracket can be drafted together.
what size ball do we need?
U6-U8 - Size 3
U10-U12 - Size 4
U14 - Size 5
what gear do we need?
Shin guards are required for practices and games. Cleats are optional. Water bottles are highly recommended.
What is included in the uniform?
Uniforms include one jersey, one pair of shorts, and one pair of socks.
